The more you achieve, the more failures you will have along the way.

As a coach, we often view our failures in terms of losing games.  Ensure that your failures as a coach and your team’s failures are constructive rather than destructive failures.  Sometime constructive failures are necessary.

Today in church (Grace Christian, Andrew Brown) our pastor said we often put a period where God intended a comma to go, implying that God is not done directing our lives.

When we fail as basketball coaches (losing games), we need to realize the story of our team is still developing.
